Prices and orders
Every project is covered by a written quote, which sets out the scope of the work, its price, its timing and the payment terms before any commitment.
The services are for professionals: businesses, freelancers, non-profits and institutions. The prices shown on this site, like the budgets offered in the form, exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
Personal data
Data controller. Viktor Vukasinovic, at the address above, reachable at viktor@vukasinovic.fr.
What is collected. The contact form collects your name and email address, the only required fields, the name of your organisation if you give it, your answers to the questions (who you are, type of project, starting point, deadline, budget), your message and the files you attach (five files and 10 MB at most).
Why. This information is used to answer your contact or quote request and, if we work together, to prepare the quote and then follow the project. It is neither sold nor passed on.
Legal basis. Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for a simple enquiry, my legitimate interest in answering the messages I receive (Article 6(1)(f)).
Where it goes. The form sends me your information and files by email, and nothing is kept on the website’s server. I’m the only one who reads them. They pass through service providers acting on my behalf, processors within the meaning of the GDPR:
- o2switch, in France, which hosts the website and my email;
- Dropbox, where my working files and my address book are kept;
- Anthropic, in the United States, whose assistant Claude I use to sort and draft my emails.
Dropbox and Anthropic may process this data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
How long. If your request doesn’t lead to a project, your information is deleted three years after our last exchange. If we work together, it is kept for the duration of the project and then for three years after it ends. Quotes and invoices are kept for ten years, as French accounting law requires.
Your rights. You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it or receive it in a portable format, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted. Just write to viktor@vukasinovic.fr, and I’ll reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Intellectual property and credits
The texts, letter drawings, logotypes, images and code of this site are the work of Viktor Vukasinovic, unless stated otherwise. Reproducing them, even in part, requires prior written permission.
Work done for clients is shown as references, with their agreement. The brands, logos and names mentioned belong to their owners. If one of these images concerns you and you would like it removed, write to me and it will be.
